Utam set up the kitchen outlets for Le Meridien in Pune
where his recipes quickly became the standard for their
5 restaurants. Later Utam spent a 40 month term as
banquet chef for the massive Renaissance Mumbai
hotel and convention centre where he opened the
Newab Sahib Indian restaurant as Master Chef leading
a team of 12 chefs and 40 commis.

MOHAMMAD KALIMUDDIN

Mohammad was Indian chef at the reputed 6 star
Empire Hotel & Country Club in Brunei where he
cooked for the Sultan.
